Michael Richter is responsible for overseeing the entirety of the company and all maintained contracts. Michael and his wife, Stacie, purchased Transit Team in July 2012. Together, with their management team, they grew Transit Team to four times its size in five short years, through organic growth of the Metro Mobility West Zone contract and the award of four additional contracts starting in 2018. Richter brings more than 15 years of his financial and strategic planning experience to Transit Team. In 2021, with his previous experience in investment banking, he personally led the investment transaction for Transit Team that would create the strategic partnership with Beacon Mobility.

Michael is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and has degrees in both finance and entrepreneurship.
