LeeAnn Ricke handles all customer service for Transit Team’s Metro Mobility contract. She got her start in the reservations department and stood out immediately as a leader. Her patience and excellent communication skills lead to her promotion as a reservations trainer just a year after she was hired. Shortly after that, LeeAnn took over the reins of customer service. Her responsiveness and consistent compassion is a valuable asset, day-in and day-out.


LeeAnn graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Communications.
